Installation Overview

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal and allow the engine to cool
2. Remove the intake tube connected to the throttle body inlet
3. Disconnect the TPS sensor connector and IAC connections from the factory throttle body
4. Remove the four throttle body mounting bolts and set the factory unit aside
5. Install the new throttle body with a fresh gasket and torque all bolts to factory specification
6. Transfer the TPS sensor and IAC connectors to the new unit
7. Reconnect all intake plumbing and vacuum lines
8. Reconnect the battery and start the engine to confirm normal idle
9. Allow the ECU to complete an idle relearn cycle before performing a WOT test
