The Fiamma F65S/F80S Camper Van Awning Replacement Fabric from Nomadic Supply Company® is available in the two factory-original Fiamma colors of Royal Grey and Royal Blue. Our replacement awning fabric comes in specific widths based on the awning model.
Our Fiamma F80S Universal Camper Van Awning Replacement Fabric is the fabric that comes in our Fiamma F80S Awning but it is universal to other Fiamma awnings, you can simply cut it to the length and width that you need.
Our fabric has a poly cord at each end to attach it to the lead bar and fabric tube, which is a small, round rubber tube that the fabric is heat-sealed around.
The Fiamma F80S Awning Replacement Fabric will come folded up in a box, so you are required to open the packaging immediately and unfold the fabric so that it does not get any permanent creases; otherwise, you will immediately forfeit your Fiamma warranty. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in creased awning fabric, and Fiamma will not replace it for you unless you order it again at full price.

Royal Blue fabric is stocked ONLY in 260-400 lengths. Royal Blue fabric in the 450 14’8″ length can be special-ordered from Fiamma in Italy.
Fiamma F65S/F80S Camper Van Awning Replacement Canopy Fabric Specifications:
- The thickness of the fabric is 0.5 mm.
- The thickness of the poly cord with fabric is 5 mm.
The 5mm thickness of the poly cord and fabric is the part that slides our fabric into the lead bar (part of the case that opens with the fabric) and the roller tube.
Fiamma F65S/F80S Camper Van Awning Replacement Fabric Installation Instructions:
Once you remove your Fiamma awning roller tube with the fabric you will completely unroll it. There should be 3 screws (2 on one end, 1 on the other) that hold the fabric in the channel on the tube. Once you remove those screws, you can slide the old fabric out of the roller tube.
If you are replacing fabric from an old awning (like F45i or F45 Plus), then we recommend laying the old fabric on top of the new fabric to make sure they are the same width. If our new Fiamma F80S awning fabric is wider, you can cut off the excess with a fabric cutter.
Some old awnings were custom-built to different sizes to fit specific RV company requirements so they may be off by 1-3 inches.
If you are replacing the fabric on our current model Fiamma F80S awning, then the new fabric is already cut to size by us, and you can skip all of those steps.
Once the fabric is cut to size, you then slide the fabric back into the original channel on the roller tube, and replace those 3 screws to hold it in place.
