The dress has a fully smocked elastic back panel for a custom fit and gives the dress room to grow. The front upper bust area is double layer fabric. All hems are turned and stitched down. The skirting opens out flat in the shape of a wonky rectangle so it’s easy to tie up your designs. Sewn with cotton thread so these will dye up beautifully.
