- The installation of the swivel base assembly requires removing and reinstalling the existing seats. You are responsible for following fastening torque specifications for pre-existing hardware and installing the swivel in a manner so that all safety systems are functional.
- The swivel must be in the forward-facing position with the threaded lock securely fastened while the vehicle is in motion and/or operation. Using the swivel in any other position or configuration while the vehicle is in operation is strictly prohibited and constitutes misuse use of this product. Misuse of this product can result in injury or possibly death.
- Ironcloud Metalworks assumes no responsibility for any damage, injury, etc. from parts or components failures, at any point during the installation. The purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ironcloud Metalworks from and against any loss, cost, damage, or injury of any kind. If you or anyone else installs or uses these products for any purpose, whether intended or not by Ironcloud Metalworks, you bear the full consequence of all risks and responsibilities at any point during the installation, use, or any other activity relating to the installation or use of these products.
