The JL Audio 25 Foot Parallel Conductor Speaker Cable (XM-WHTSC12-25) from Nomadic Supply Company® is a 25-foot marine-grade speaker cable in a parallel conductor (figure-8) configuration, sized at 12 AWG for higher-power marine audio speaker and subwoofer connections. The heavier 12 AWG gauge handles higher current levels with lower resistance than 16 AWG cable, making it the correct choice for high-power amplifier and subwoofer runs.
Tinned copper conductors resist corrosion from moisture and salt exposure, ensuring reliable electrical contact and signal transfer over the full service life of the installation.
JL Audio 25 Foot Parallel Conductor Speaker Cable (XM-WHTSC12-25) Features:
- 25-Foot 12 AWG Marine Speaker Cable. Heavier gauge cable for high-power marine amplifier and subwoofer speaker connections.
- 12 AWG Gauge. Lower resistance than 16 AWG cable, appropriate for high-power speaker and subwoofer runs up to 25 feet.
- Tinned Copper Conductors. Corrosion-resistant tinned copper withstands moisture and salt exposure for reliable long-term performance.
- Parallel Conductor Configuration. Figure-8 parallel layout simplifies polarity identification and routing in marine installations.
