The KC HiLiTES FLEX ERA LED Light Bar 20″ Master Kit (0292) from Nomadic Supply Company® is a 20″-inch modular off-road light bar built from 2 FLEX ERA® 4-based 10″ segments linked by KC’s Infinity Ring® system. The master kit ships with both Combo and Spot beam lenses per segment, a full wiring harness with a 3-position switch, and amber backlighting on each segment — everything needed to mount and wire the bar out of the box.
KC HiLiTES FLEX ERA LED Light Bar 20″ Master Kit (0292) Features:
- FLEX ERA® 4 Segment Technology. Each 10″ segment packs 7,912 lumens of 5000K white output — the same platform as KC’s flagship pod light, scaled into a modular light bar format with linkable segments.
- Combo and Spot Beam Optics Included. Every segment ships with Combo Beam lenses pre-installed and Spot Beam lenses included — two distinct output profiles ready straight from the box without additional purchases.
- Amber LED Backlight on Each Segment. A second power circuit runs an amber marker/dust light across the full bar width, giving you a visible amber running light mode for dusty and foggy conditions.
- Linkable and Curvable Design. KC’s patented Infinity Ring® system lets you link bars end-to-end for custom widths and adjust the curve radius to match your roof contour or mounting geometry.
- IP68 Weatherproof. Every segment is fully sealed to IP68 — proven in desert racing, river crossings, and extreme off-road exposure.
- Complete Plug-and-Play Wiring Kit. Includes a full wiring harness with a dual-throw LED rocker switch — no modifications to factory wiring required.
