A pneumatic sensor system controls sanding belt oscillation to ensure uniform belt tracking and even abrasive wear across the full sanding width. The variable-speed feed conveyor allows operators to dial in feed speed based on material type and finish requirements. A three-motor drive system independently powers the sanding drums, feed conveyor, and table elevation for smooth operation under continuous loads. For added safety, an integrated disc brake enables rapid machine stoppage in emergency conditions. Like all Powermatic machines, the WB-25 is backed by a 5-year warranty.
