Marine vinyl coat is a line of flexible aerosol coatings to match, restore or change the color of most marine vinyl and plastic surfaces.

SEM® Vinyl Coat™ M25153 Flexible Coating is a 16 oz aerosol formulated for repairing and protecting ABS and other plastic substrates in automotive body work. The spray delivers a durable, flexible finish that conforms to complex shapes, making it ideal for panel refinishing, trim restoration, and protective overlays.

The coating cures to full hardness within 24 hours at 70 °F (21 °C) and provides low VOC emissions of 5.08-5.18 lb/gal (609.9-621.3 g/L), meeting stringent environmental requirements. Its aerosol delivery ensures even coverage with minimal overspray, while the flexible film resists cracking under thermal cycling and mechanical stress.

Application requires full ventilation and standard PPE: eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator due to acute toxicity, flammability (flash point -103 °C), and aerosol hazards. Follow H-statements H222, H280, H304, H315, H319, H336, H351, and H361 for safe handling.
