Efficient plug-and-play solution for vehicle-to-trailer wiring
The CURT trailer wiring connector, also known as a T-connector, provides a straightforward solution for connecting your vehicle to a trailer without the need for cutting or splicing wires. This custom wiring harness is designed to plug directly into your vehicle’s tail light assembly, offering a 4-way flat socket for easy connectivity. Most vehicles lack a built-in trailer wiring connector, making this harness essential for those looking to tow without extensive modifications.
Constructed with surface mount technology (SMT) circuitry, the CURT wiring harness ensures enhanced performance and durability. It features a powered 3-wire to 2-wire electrical converter, allowing for seamless integration with your vehicle’s electrical system. The 4-way flat output connects tail lights, brake lights, and turn signals, ensuring compliance with towing regulations and safety standards.
Installation is simplified with a plug-and-play design that can typically be completed in about one hour. This semi-universal connector is compatible with a variety of vehicles, making it a versatile choice for those needing reliable trailer wiring solutions.
